Who’s The Boss?

Who’s The Boss? is a research project on training learning disabled professionals in high-level arts roles. The research was commissioned by Spectra and made possible by support from The National Lottery Community Fund and core funding from Arts Council England.
This research and report is by Hazel Sealeaf, an autistic and disabled writer and researcher from Birmingham.
This research included lots of learning through reading as well as interviews with Access All Areas, Blink Dance Theatre, Leeds Playhouse, Mind the Gap, BeMix, Little Cog / Our Stomping Grounds, DIY Theatre, and Sync Leadership.
